1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By appointing Tellirun.com to fabricate your website and using other services provided by Tellirun.com, you accept and are bound by the terms laid out in this TOS.  Furthermore, in order to use our services you MUST adhere to the guidelines set forth in this TOS.

2. DESCRIPTION OF Tellirun.com SERVICES

Our services provide clients with an array of internet services such as website design, website layout, website hosting, image editing, web animations, web consulting, shopping cart integration, website updates, website support, personalized content, forums, and other services we are contracted for.

3. WEBSITE

a. Contracting our services entitles you to use the website design ONLY on the site that it was contracted for.  i.e., You may not reproduce the layout from yoursite.com and then use it for yourothersite.com. You may not sell, redistribute, or copy the layout for any purpose.  You retain the website layout for as long as your www is your domain.

b. Websites offered by Tellirun.com may or may not be structured by one of the major content management systems. These include Drupal and Joomla!  This is the major trend in today's web design and how most web designers today construct their websites.  These systems save you thousands upon thousands as website buyers by saving web designers months of work and authoring of custom code.

4. REFUND POLICY

Because Tellirun.com offers services for payment we do not offer any refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable.

5. PAYMENT

Down payments of 25% are required for work to begin.  Upon completion of website the remaining balance agreed upon is expected.

6. HOSTING

Hosting packages are billed yearly.  Upon expiration of yearly hosting plan, and invoice will be sent to renew the hosting package.  If payment is not received within 21 days after due date, hosting will be discontinued until payment is received.  OUR HOSTING SERVICE MAY NOT BE USED TO HOST OFFENSIVE OR HARMFUL MATERIALS.  MATERIAL DEEMED OFFENSIVE ARE CAUSE FOR IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF HOSTING SERVICE WITHOUT REFUND AND IF NECESSARY THE PROPER AUTHORITIES NOTIFIED.

7. REFERRAL PROGRAM

a. By enrolling in the Referral Program at Tellirun.com you accept and are bound by the terms laid out in section 7 of the TOS.  Furthermore, in order to use this service you MUST adhere to the guidelines set forth in this section 7 of the TOS.

b. Enrolling in the Referral Program does not garauntee you will receive any special offers, discounted services, or any other rewards offered by our Referral Program.

c. Incoming traffic from your site is tested to be unique users.  Any automated programs, repeated visits in large numbers from single users, or any other manipulation of referral stats is grounds for immediate removal of anyone affiliated with our referral program.

d. Our referral program is a free service offered to our customers or any visitors to our site should they wish to enroll.

e. We reserve the right to cancel this service at any moment we deem necessary.  It is not our obligation to contact any affiliates about cancelation of our Referral Program.

f. A LIMIT OF 1 AWARD PER 3 MONTHS CAN BE AWARDED PER AFFILIATE. If you have won a monthly award for most referrals you will not be eligible until 3 months after you receive your award.

g. You agree to use this service as is and adhere to the guidelines laid forth in section 7 of the TOS.

8. MODIFICATION OF TERMS OF SERVICE

Tellirun.com reserves the right to modify at anytime without notice the terms laid forth in this TOS.
